When booking an activity the customer will be asked to pay the determined amount. Once the established minimum number of people (4) has been reached, the activity can take place and the customer will receive an email confirmation.
If the minimum number of people will not be reached, the activity will be canceled. The customer will be informed at least 24 hours in advance per email to the address the customer provided.
The customer will receive a 100% refund.
