IV Receivers

1. Mailchimp:
The newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. At the moment you sign up for the newsletter or download a product your e-mail address and name are automatically stored in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.

2. Keurigonline:
The e-mail and the website and back-ups of The Dutch Wine Tasting website are hosted by Keurigonline. If you contact us via the forms or via e-mail, these e-mails will be stored on the Keurigonline servers as well as data that you leave on the website.

3. WordPress:
There are also backups of the website stored by plugins available on WordPress.

4. MateriaMedia
MateriaMedia maintains the website of The Dutch Wine Tasting and has access to the data that The Dutch Wine Tasting has from its customers, such as Mailchimp.

5. Social Media
On our website buttons are included to promote web pages (“like”) or share (“tweet”) etc. on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. These buttons work through pieces of code that come from these platforms themselves. Cookies are placed via these codes. We have no influence on that. We refer to the privacy statements of these Social Media platforms (which can change regularly) in order to understand what they do with your (personal) data.

6. Google Drive
Customer details that are listed on invoices and quotations are stored in Google Drive. This concerns name, address and contact details.

VI Storage periods

1. Newsletter
The storage of your data in Mailchimp is for an indefinite period of time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you want by sending an email to info@thedtuchwinetasting.com

2. Contact
At the moment you contact The Dutch Wine Tasting via email, the data you send, such as your name, company name, and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. We have no influence on this ourselves. For more information about these retention periods, we refer to Keurigonline.

3. Analytics
The data collected by Analytics on the website is anonymous, so not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored within Google and Google retention terms apply here.

4. The personal and address details that are stored on quotations and invoices are stored for 8 years.

VII Security

The devices that open your data are locked with a password / or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to just the necessary devices. In addition, your visit to the website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to The Dutch Wine Tasting website is private. You recognize this security by the green lock. The website is also protected by the Askimet plugin against spam.

VIII View, modify or delete data Β 

1. You have the right to request access to, a correction or to delete your data. You do this by sending an e-mail to The Dutch Wine Tasting. To prevent misuse, we can ask you to adequately identify you.
